Meeting: A Budget Meeting of the Association’s Board of Directors will be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 7:30 p.m., Lakeview Preserve Clubhouse, 3312 Buoy Circle, Winter Garden, Florida 34787, and via Microsoft Teams.

Purpose: The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss and approve a budget and assessment for the year ending December 31, 2026.
A copy of the proposed budget is enclosed in the mailing for your information and review. It will not be posted on this website as this is a public website.
Additional Information: After the budget has been approved, Sentry Management will mail payment coupons and return envelopes for your use in remitting your assessment payment.
